According to THE HASHTAG SHOW, Paramount is looking to revisit The Pit with a third installment of the G.I.Joe Franchise.

In this Special Mission, Roadblock will need to assemble a new team of Joes. G.I. Joe: Ever Vigilant is set to join R.O.M. and The Micronauts in a soft-reboot of a new shared cinematic universe that may also include M.A.S.K.

The 3rd movie in the GI Joe franchise, GI Joe: Ever Vigilant, is still in development, however, the studio is hopeful that Dwayne Johnson will return as Roadblock and has a list of characters they want to join him.
