Updated News About New Arrivals

For the first time since late March, NEC has received new releases of comics and books this week. Unfortunately, non-essential retail stores are still not allowed to open
this week, not even for curbside service.

However we do plan to offer mail order delivery to our customers, which was authorized last week. We will schedule every NEC store to have coverage from Noon to 6pm on Wednesday so you may call or email to discuss a mail order purchase with a store staffperson. These orders will be
promptly packed and made ready for shipment within 24 hours.

The current rules are that retail stores will be able to offer curbside pickup to customers starting next Monday, May 25th. It is our goal to be able to offer that as soon as possible. The exact process and dates on which we can offer this are still to be determined and will be announced.
